Seamus' Flat Stanley is having a great time on the continent of Europe in London, England! Big Ben is the humongous bell in this tower that chimes when the clock strikes hourly. It is very loud! The tower is connected to the parliament building in London. The parliament is the place where laws are made for the United Kingdom, like the Capitol building in Washington DC in the United States.
