Flat Stanley went to the OTHER Portland! This one is in Portland, Oregon! Did you know that Portland, Oregon is named after Portland, Maine? The name was picked with a coin toss! Oregon is often called the Beaver State. My friend went to the University of Oregon and the mascot is the duck!

 Flat Stanley had a wonderful hike up Mt. Hood! Oregon is a beautiful state!
