Dexter's Flat Stanley in Indiana!

Hello there from the McNally’s in Indiana! Dexter’s Flat Stanley has spent some time with us here in Indianapolis. Indianapolis is the capital of Indiana. We took Flat Stanley to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the Racing Capital of the World. Here, they have the Indianapolis 500 Indy Car race. This year, the 102nd Running of the Indianapolis 500 will be held in just a few short weeks. It is over 100 years old! The winner of the race always drinks a cold bottle of milk to celebrate. It’s a tradition!

Since Flat Stanley was visiting with us, we packed him in our suitcase for spring break. We hopped on an airplane from Chicago, Illinois to London, England! He visited some sights with us like the Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace to see the Changing of the Guard. He really like to see Paddington Railway Station. There was even a Paddington Bear statue of the beloved bear in English literature.
